Some of my Achievements

Budget Builds Official

Started in 2016 as part of a Secondary School I.T Project where we had to collect analytics I continued uploading videos. The channel took off after a unique video where I built and entire PC for £1, skyrocketing us up to 10,000 subscribers.

The sequel to this featured a PC built for 25p...Completely seriously, this video catapulted the channel north of 100,000 subscribers.

Since then the channel recieves semi-frequent updates to tech projects im dabbling around in, the occasional bit of consumer advice, and sometimes even some uni projects. Hopefully there will be more videos coming soon.

Linus Tech Tips

Where have I been featured?

I featured in a Linus Tech Tips video with my own video called "$30 GPU + Modded Drivers = 1080p Gaming?" in which I was taking a look at the HD7870, one of the best mid-range cards released by AMD...But now one of the more affordable cards on the market.

Speedrunning

In recent years I adopted speedrunning through one of my favourite games "Fable: The Lost Chapters".

Across this time I have had a lot of fun setting a few records within the community, and have even had a degree of success with some minor world records.

Primarily I speedrun the original (and slightly more broken) release of the game, which is only available on the Original Xbox, this has led to me pursuing the other releases on the platform.

In more extreme cases attempting speedruns on horrifically broken versions like Fable: Anniversary for the Xbox 360, which suffers from an awful memory leak, and is a bit of a Russian Roulette of game crashes.

All in all a bit of fun, ive even made a few guides explaining technical elements and how to pull them off.

World Record - Will Only

1:56:38 - A world record in completing the game while only using the games magic system rather than any physical weaponry.

Personal Best - Any%

1:19:51 - My best time when speedrunning the game in its standard Any% mode, this record has lasted for a few years now at 2nd place on the leaderboard

Miscalaneous extras

Across my time speedrunning Fable, and its various spinoffs I have done some deep dives into the games mechanics and how they all function.

This has included a few guides, and essay style videos explaining how/why certain game mechanics can be exploited, and a demonstrations across various platforms.

Strategies and Guides

Debug Builds/Beta

Given the game has a rather long and interesting development period in recent years there have been debug/beta versions of the game that have been released, across time time I have dabbled with getting these running on modified retail hardware, which includes Fable, and Fable: Anniversary.
